By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the following:

All deposits and appointments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Results may vary between clients depending on individual hair type, texture, and starting point.
The salon is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. If you have concerns, a patch test can be requested prior to your service.
All hair extension removals or adjustments must be performed by a trained professional. Improper removal or care may cause damage for which we are not responsible.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all extension appointments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked.
Please respect my time as I do yours. These policies are in place to protect the time and preparation put into every appointment.
