Non-Refundable Payment

All payments for the 1:1 K-Tip training are non-refundable. Once your training date is booked, the payment is final and cannot be transferred to another date, participant, or service.

 

Liability

This training is an educational experience only. I am not liable for any work performed by the stylist after the training day, including but not limited to: installations, removals, color services, client outcomes, or business decisions made thereafter.

 

Model Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing their own model (must be approved in advance). I am not liable for any results, reactions, or outcomes involving the model during or after the training. The stylist assumes full responsibility for their model’s experience before, during, and after the service.

 

Certification Disclaimer

This training is designed for stylists who are already certified in K-Tips. This is not a certification course.

 

No Guarantees

While I provide thorough, hands-on education, results and outcomes may vary depending on the stylist’s starting skill level, technique, and continued practice. I do not guarantee client results, business performance, or increased revenue.

 

Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the session. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

 

Photography & Content Use

By participating, you agree that any photos or videos taken during training may be used for educational or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is solely at my discretion. New dates may not be available. If rescheduling is permitted, an additional fee may apply.
